libconfig-file-ocaml-dev software package provides OCaml library for managing configuration files (dev files), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libconfig-file-ocaml-dev
libconfig-file-ocaml-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libconfig-file-ocaml-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libconfig-file-ocaml-dev *
You will get with libconfig-file-ocaml-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
